The production factory cover a total area of 1.66m2 with more than 2000 employees.Designed with annual capacity of 20 million radial tyres, including 4 million commercial vehicle tyres and 16million passenger car tyres.
Yanchang Rubber is adhered to the principle of "Serving market, innovating, and pursuing for exellence" and committed to research and development of all series of all-steel and semi-steel product. Semi- steel product covers eight series, 250 sizes and 300 products: ultra-high performance radial tyre, high performance tyre, snow tyre, Sport Truck, SUV/LT HT, SUV/LT AT, SUV/LT MT, and light truck tyre. All-steel product covers 6 series, 27 sizes, 24 patterns and over 200 products: light truck tyre, tube truck tyre, tubeless long distance tyres and mining tyre . Product Machine Yanchang Rubber imported a series of equipment from global famous manufacturers, including Japan's KOBELCO, Germany's Troester, US Battelle Memorial Institute, Italy's Comerio ercole S. P. A and Netherland's VMI. These equipments provide reliable hardware assurance for producing world-class tires. The company has 2.33 million m2natural rubber plantations focusing in planting, purchasing, processing and international trade of natural rubber raw material, The company provides natural rubber to ensure raw materials are with good qualities and competitive costs.
