The factory is located in national-grade Xixian new district, Xi' An City, Shaanxi Province, where production facilities cover a total area of 1.66 million with more than 2, 000 employees. The company is a modern tyre manufacturing enterprise, which was built and funded with 4.85 billion RMB by Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Group in 2008. Designed with annual capacity of 20 million radial tyres, including 4 million commercial vehicle tyres and 16 million passenger car tyres, Yanchang rubber has completed the first stage project with production capacity of 2 million commercial vehicle tyres and 8 million passenger car tyres.
Tyres for Passenger cars cover eight series, 210 sizes and 350 products: Ultra-high performance radial tyres, high performance tyres, Run flat tyres, snow tyres, sport truck, SUV-HT/AT/MT tyres and light truck tyres. Tyres for commercial vehicles cover 6 series, 27 sizes, 24 patterns and over 200 products: Regional tyres, long haul tyres, on/off road tyres, mining tyres, urban tyres and military tyres. All tyres are widely used on different areas and different applications.
In the past ten years, Yanchang Rubber has successfully built Duraturn, Dynacargo, Neolin brand, which has been exported to more than 80 countries worldwide.
